What an amazing trip!! We’re so glad we organised our 25 day tour of Sri Lanka through Jetwings Eco. Clearly they are the “experts” in all aspects of the country – the history and culture as well as the wonderful wildlife. Where else in the world can you travel between 3 or 4 eco-climates – from coastal to montane,  from lowlands to highlands, from warm, humid, wetlands to dry cool mountains – and all within a few hundred miles! And at the same time, view over 200 species of birdlife and many, many species of mammals including leopard, elephant, jackal, buffalo, wild-cat – as well as innumerable reptiles. All of this was brought in to sharp relief by our driver-guide “Hetti”, without whom the tour would not have been the same. Hetti drove the 2,500 km safely and smoothly – and surely, without him we could not spotted even a third of the 202 bird species we logged into out trip diary. I even had a lesson from him in the use of my Canon SLR camera!! Everything went perfectly to schedule. All the hotels, lodges and guest-houses were perfectly chosen. This is the company to use if you want to get a true Sri Lankan experience !!
