I am travelling in Queensland, Australia visiting my family before returning to home in Tasmania.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in Sri Lanka. It is a beautiful country, and we loved the scenery, the ancient ruins and Sacred Sites, and the wildlife.
The children coped reasonably well, and were fascinated by different things!!
Tharaka was a very good guide, and was patient with the children, and particularly Victor (5) who is very excitable and active.
Our driver was very good.
One of the highlights was the Cricket at Galle, even though they only saw half a day, and Australia lost badly, the family really loved the experience.
