Just a short note to thank you for organising our recent  trip to Sri Lanka.

We had a superb time and thoroughly enjoyed visiting your beautiful country.

All the arrangements went well and the rooms in the hotels were above our expectations.

I must mention the driver/guide Sudharman Silva.  Not only was he a first class driver with  an very extensive knowledge of the country and the road system (including little deviations to show us particular beauty spots he knew), his knowledge of the animal and birds of Sri Lanka was brilliant.  We cannot praise him enough.  He helped us with our purchases and guided us through the various tourist attractions so we were not in any queues and we saw aspects most tourists do not normally see.  The safari through Yala was very good as we had two sightings of leopards and elephants as well as many other animals and birds.

I have only two substantive comments on the accommodation.

We will certainly be returning to Sri Lanka – possibly late next year and we will certainly be making our arrangements through Jetwings  again.

I should be grateful if you would record the superb service we received from the driver/guide and I hope that the company will be able to recognize the quality and professionalism of his services.  He is a credit to your company and contributed substantially to our enjoyment and our intent to return.

Finally I would like to thank you for making the arrangements.  As I have said, the organisation of the trip was first class and I would have no hesitation  recommending you to friends and colleagues.
