Eco Holidays operates as a small group with a dedicated operations team in the office and a team of near-fanatic wildlife enthusiasts as its field staff. The Director, Gehan de Silva Wijeyeratne, is one of the islands best known wildlife personalities and manages a hybrid role dividing his time between the field and the office. Gehan takes the lead in product development while the office staff regularly go into the field with the naturalists to make sure they have their finger on the pulse. But rest assured, there are always two or three people in the office to answer your e-mails.
Eco Holidays is run as a small company, as with most specialist companies in the world. Nevertheless, Jetwing Eco Holidays benefits immensely by being a part of Jetwing, one of the largest tourism brands in Sri Lanka.
